Family Montessori Preschool of Loyola is headed by the “hands-on” and “full time” School Head, Ms. Rosemarie Lo-Garcia.

Teacher Rose graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University. However, with a burning desire and calling to be a teacher, she made a decisive shift early on in her life. Since 1990, she has taught and helped set up a number of Montessori preschools in Manila.

Highlights of her Academic Training include:

• Montessori Graduate Units (6 units), San Jose City College, San Jose, California
• In-House Training Program, International Montessori School (IMS), Forbes Park, Makati City
• Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) – Primary Teacher Training Course – Diplomate, Mountain View, California
• Graduate Units (15 units) Reading Education, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City

Teacher Rose is married to Mr. Emmanuel Garcia. They have three girls, all of whom are attending Montessori schools.

Tito Noel, Administrative Manager / “Big School” Transition Program Director
Emmanuel Garcia, husband of Teacher Rose, becomes both marriage and business partner as he takes on the task of Administrative Manager for the school. His teamwork with Teacher Rose, combined with his background in Engineering and Building Management guarantees FMP Loyola's smooth operation.

Tito Noel, a licensed professional teacher, is also in charge of Family Montessori’s “Big School” Transition Program and the “After School Study Program”. His presence in school exudes security and warmth among the children as he is a “father figure” to them, always around for some rounds of basketball, and ready to help them with any problem, big or small.
